Driver Responsibility Fees Michigan

It seems that there are a lot of citizens (very few politicians) who are interested in the legality, fairness, burdens, etc. of the Michigan Driver Responsibility Fee law. Any suggestions as to how we could allllll get together. I'd easily bet on six-figures plus for a petition just based on what I've read this morning
